The challenge

Awebsitethatlookssharpbutstaysunseenworkslikeabrochure

A website can launch without a visible problem and still fail to bring enquiries. When nobody checks how visitors arrive or move through it, the cause stays hidden.
Thenewsitelaunchesbuttrafficstaysflat
A fresher look does not explain whether more people found the site or took action. Without a starting benchmark, there is no clear way to judge the redesign.
Designandsearchsitinseparatesilos
When visual design, content and search planning happen independently, gaps appear between the page people see and the information they are looking for.
Aweakstructurebecomeshardtorepair
Navigation and page purpose are set early. If important topics have no clear home, later fixes can mean reworking the site rather than editing a few lines.
AItoolsstruggletounderstandit
Assistants and search tools need direct, well-structured information. A page made only of abstract slogans gives them little useful detail to interpret.
These choices belong in the plan before visual design begins. That is where our process starts.

Already have a website?

Website Redesign

If you already have a website, we can review its structure, content and editing experience before deciding what needs to change and what should stay.

Whatyoursiteneeds

We plan design, structure and discoverability together from the first page outline.

Found by the right people

We study the questions potential customers search for, review existing visibility and give important topics a clear place on the site. The pages are built around real intent, not aesthetics alone.

Readable by AI tools

Direct answers, meaningful headings and accessible page content help people and search tools understand what you offer. We use common customer questions to shape the copy.

Languages that feel local

English and Chinese versions can be planned for their respective audiences rather than produced as literal copies. The language scope and writing responsibilities are agreed before work begins.

Easy for your team to update

We choose the editing setup around who will maintain the site and how often it changes. A CMS, visual platform or custom front end can each make sense, with a practical handover.

Designed for enquiries

Pages follow the way customers assess a service or product. Contact points appear where the decision happens, and each page gives visitors a clear next step.

BusinessWebsites
Your business, clearly presented.
A corporate site may need to serve customers, candidates, partners and press. We map a route for each audience while keeping the overall message and page structure coherent.

ProductWebsites
Give the product a clear story.
For companies introducing a product, we make the value understandable quickly. Benefit-led pages, relevant proof and useful answers help visitors decide whether it fits their needs.

WebAppInterfaces
Interfaces that make work easier.
Dashboards, onboarding and account flows need clear priorities. We design the screens with the product team and hand over usable design files or a front-end implementation.

CampaignLandingPages
One focused page. One next step.
A campaign or launch page can explain one offer and guide visitors toward one action. It is a practical way to test a message before committing to a larger website.

Who we are

Thestudiobehindthework

ENCHANT CAT Studio is based in Hong Kong and was established in 2023. We connect brand, website and product thinking to make businesses easier to understand online.
We communicate in English and Chinese. For each project, we plan the content around its audience and agree the scope, responsibilities and feedback points before design begins.
A finished website should remain useful after launch. Editing needs, technical handover and possible next improvements are part of the early conversation.

OUR APPROACH

How we work

Every page begins with the questions a visitor brings. We organise the content around those decisions, then design a path that makes the next step easy to understand.

Audience first

A shared brief records the pages, content, functions and review stages. It gives everyone a practical reference when ideas change during the project.

Clear scope

Brand, writing and interface choices should support the same message. We look at them together so the site feels coherent from the first screen to the enquiry.

Connected design

The launch plan includes the files, access and guidance needed to keep the site current. Editing responsibilities and ongoing support are agreed before delivery.

Useful handover

A website can be measured and refined after launch. We identify what to watch so later changes respond to real use rather than guesswork.

Room to improve

Bookacall
Tell us what you are building, who it is for and where the current experience falls short. We use that conversation to define the questions worth answering.
Approvetheplan
Review a written scope covering deliverables, milestones, responsibilities and price. We refine the plan together before production starts.
Launch
Design and build move through agreed review points. Before handover, we check the finished pages, key interactions and the launch details with you.
Investment

Projectscope

A focused campaign page and a multi-page website need different amounts of design, writing and development. We price the work against an agreed scope.
The proposal sets out deliverables, review points, timing and what is included. Additional integrations or content work are identified before the project begins.

Included in every build

  • Site structure, wireframes and visual design
  • Development, launch preparation or a developer handover
  • Content and language requirements agreed in the brief
  • Search-ready page structure and technical foundations
  • A clear route from key pages to the next action
  • A practical list of improvements to consider after launch

What moves the price

The main things that shape a proposal:

  1. Number of pages
  2. The amount of original design required
  3. Connections to your existing tools
  4. Content we write or produce
  5. Editing and publishing needs

The schedule is agreed around pages, approvals, content and integrations.

How we work

HowsearchandAIshapethebuild

Search planning begins before the first page is designed. We look at what prospective customers need to know, which topics already bring visitors to the business and which questions a new page should answer. That work informs the site map, page purpose and links between related content.

A clear structure is easier to create at the start than repair after launch. Each important topic needs an appropriate page, and visitors need an obvious route from information to action. We decide that architecture alongside the wireframes so the visual design supports it.

Multilingual sites need more than direct translation. English and Chinese audiences may search differently and expect different details. We plan each version's content and navigation deliberately, then specify the technical language signals the site needs.

AI-assisted search puts more weight on clear explanations. We write useful answers in the page itself, use descriptive headings and avoid hiding essential information inside decorative elements. We also review how the business and its category are described online before shaping the final copy.

These considerations are part of the page plan, with the exact research, writing and technical work set out in the project scope.

FAQs
A focused landing page and a larger website require different amounts of work. Page count, custom design, integrations, language versions and the content we need to create all affect the price. After we discuss your brief, we can put the deliverables and a fixed project quote in writing.
